extended_http_server (github.com)
From the project description, extended_http_server is “An extended version of python's SimpleHTTPServer that supports https, authentication, rate limiting, and download resuming.”. This is a cool extension of Python’s HTTP server, definitely worth taking a look.

Simple pixel-composition library for Python. Blit can combine images and colors using different image blend modes, inspired by the layers palette in GIMP or Adobe Photoshop.

Provide valideer with a JSON Schema then Validate your JSON against it using Valideer. Very awesome! Check out the Readme for more details.

SymPy is a Python library for symbolic mathematics. It aims to become a full-featured computer algebra system (CAS) while keeping the code as simple as possible. Written fully written in python so no horrible installation steps as well.
